Brief historical review

Nordisk Elimport AB began to develop and manufacture instruments for the analysis of flue gases in oil-fired boilers and furnace room instrumentation as early as 1945. For more than a decade, Nordisk Elimport AB was the leader in its field. To ensure supplies of components for its own production, many contacts were established at an early stage with leading manufacturers of electrical components in Europe.

The late seventies saw a change in the technology for the analysis of flue gases and boiler instrumentation. Nordisk Elimport AB then decided to change its business links with its business links with its existing contacts. Nordisk Elimport AB entered into agency agreements for the Swedish market with these companies. The aim was to market electrical components from Europe´s leading manufacturers to the industrial and installation sectors, which remains its principal business tody. Some of the contacts first established 65 years ago are still the company´s main suppliers.

Nordisk Elimport AB is located to the south of Stockholm in its own premises and is still owned by the founder´s family.
